We are unable to offer testing in AZ, NJ, NY or RI. If you are willing to travel, please choose the state you will visit for testing. This is the state that you plan on getting tested in. Please note that if you need to get tested in another state a $15 transfer fee will be required.

Upon request we can arrange to fax your lab order to the location of your choosing on the day you plan to get tested. You must arrange this with us 24 hours prior to testing.

If you tell us the date you are getting tested we can ensure your results return from Quest on time.

If you would like us to arrange an appointment for you at Quest, please let us know and we will do our very best to get you the appointment you desire.
